Golux Group is led by Nikola Golubović. He takes the first call, writes the architecture, and on most engagements writes the code. Around him is a circle of collaborators — engineers and designers he has worked with for years — brought in by name when a project needs more hands than one pair. There is no bench, no account layer, and nobody you have not met.

Nikola has been building and running software for over fifteen years — backend systems, data platforms, and the AI features that sit on top of them — for companies in the United States and Western Europe as well as his own products.
He founded Golux Group to do the part of the work that gets skipped: deciding what to build before building it, choosing the architecture that survives the next order of magnitude, and staying long enough to operate what he shipped. Fifteen products in the Golux portfolio are his and this team's, live and in use.
In September 2026 he moved goluxgroup.com and its client portal off Lovable and Supabase onto a Rails API and a server Golux owns — porting 143 row-level-security policies into tested application code. That migration is now one of the things clients hire Golux to do, which is the only kind of expertise worth selling: the kind you paid for yourself first.

How the collaborators work
Named people, brought in for a reason
Nobody appears on your project because a spreadsheet said there was capacity. When an engagement needs a second engineer, a designer or a specialist, you are told who, why, and what they are responsible for — before they touch anything.
You meet them first
On a call, with the reason they are joining and the part they own. If you would rather keep it to one person, that is usually possible and always allowed.
